How much ceiling height will be used?
There is no single allowance for every home. Existing beams, services, lighting, fan clearances and the proposed design need to be checked before the final ceiling level is confirmed.
Should I decide on lights and fans before the ceiling work?
Yes. Discuss the types and positions of lights and fans before the ceiling is closed, so openings, support and access can be coordinated.
Can plaster ceiling work be discussed as a separate project?
Yes. Share the current room condition and the area you would like to work on. We will assess the ceiling scope and how it may affect existing wiring, finishes and furniture.
Are painting, lights and fans included?
These items must be confirmed in the quotation. Ceiling work, painting, new wiring points, light fittings, fans and their installation should not be assumed to be one inclusive package.
